Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Our customer service representatives put their strong communication skills as they liaise with both healthcare professionals and patients. They handle billing and financial and healthcare accounts (particularly insurance, benefits, and claims).

Responsibilities

  • Speaks with doctors and nurses in healthcare facilities.
  • Assists client facilities.
  • Check patients’ insurance and benefits information.
  • Sources and recruits international candidates.
  • Performs end-to-end recruitment process.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Open to candidates with at least 6 months of BPO experience.
  • Experienced in handling healthcare accounts (insurance, benefits, claims).
  • Experienced in handling billing and financial accounts.
  • Strong technical computer and communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft tools.
