Job Description

Talent Source performs similar job duties to a recruiter. They search for and identify suitable candidates for important client accounts by collaborating with their assigned recruiter, director of recruiting, and Vice President of Client Services. This helps them determine the company’s urgent job openings and critical client needs in the long term.

Responsibilities

Learn and memorize key client accounts.
A talent source searches and identifies suitable candidates for key client accounts by connecting with their assigned recruiter, director of recruiting, and Vice President of Client Services to determine the company’s hot jobs and long-term key client openings
A source generates interest in an organization’s vacancies and builds and maintains the company’s talent pool by working the ATS database, utilizing social media posts, and sourcing from company-provided lead generation platforms.
A talent source identifies each candidate’s skill set and work history, including RN licenses held, certifications held, desired shift, desired pay rate, etc.
Once a talent source has identified and qualified a candidate, they are responsible for building the candidate’s submission profile (Resume, 2 professional references, OLV, skills checklist, certifications). Upon completion of the profile, they will introduce their nurse to their designated recruiter to get the candidate submitted to the client.

Minimum Qualifications

Proficient skills in utilizing technology (website platforms, social media platforms, using multiple tabs/windows at one time, Microsoft Office apps, text messaging, and email blasting).
Proficient knowledge of each state in the US.
Proficient skill set in utilizing cold calls and having lengthy conversations on the phone.
