Job Description

Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager/Workforce Coordinator, the On-call Staff is responsible for the overall scheduling of employees in the assigned facilities off business hours.  The On-call staff provides support in scheduling confirmations, getting the availabilities of all staff working at contracted facilities, handles staff cancellations and replacements, client reporting and other related tasks assigned by Operations Manager/Workforce Coordinator. 

On-call staff must maintain a good working relationship with clients and PCS, ACS and Oculus Health’s field-based employees and all key people to ensure that all needs are met, and expectations are satisfied. 

Responsibilities

  • Provides support in scheduling, confirmations, getting the availabilities of all staff working at contracted facilities, handles staff cancellations and replacements, client reporting 
  • Updates existing customer and employee information, as necessary  
  • Leaves messages for changes in Fingercheck and Schedule Anywhere that the OM updates in the morning 
  • Ensures correctness and integrity of Master Schedule of assigned facilities 
  • Identify and escalate priority issues 
  • Route calls to appropriate resource 
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary 
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures 
  • Complete call logs 
  • Produce call reports 
  • Conduct wakes up calls for applicants that will attend orientation that day 
  • Perform other relevant work that may be assigned from time to time by the Operations Manager. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Confident and has good communication skill
  • Knows how to use Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Adobe PDF) 
  • Flexible, organized and keen to details. Knows how to multitask
  • Receptive to training
  • Can work with minimal supervision
