Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Offshore Data Analyst to join our dynamic team, with a focus on reporting, automation, and business intelligence. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights using tools like Tableau, Excel, SQL, and Python. The ideal candidate will bring a detail-oriented mindset and a strong technical foundation to help optimize our asset management operations and reporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated reporting systems and dashboards in Tableau and Excel to support asset management, executive reporting, and origination teams
• Develop and maintain robust SQL queries to support reporting and data validation workflows across Snowflake and other databases
• Use Python (pandas, numpy, openpyxl) to automate repetitive reporting and data transformation tasks
• Support data integration and cleansing processes across multiple data sources, including financial systems, property management software, and external APIs
• Build Excel-based tools with advanced formulas and Power Query to streamline manual reporting workflows
• Document, monitor, and improve reporting processes to ensure data quality and consistency
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify reporting needs and implement scalable solutions

Minimum Qualifications

  • Core Competencies: Advanced SQL (Snowflake preferred), Python (pandas, numpy, openpyxl), Tableau dashboard creation, and Power Query/Excel automation. 
  • Motivations: Passionate about building scalable, automated reporting infrastructures. They seek an environment where their technical skills directly impact high-level executive decision-making and operational efficiency, rather than just pulling routine reports.
