HR Associate

Join our team as an HR Associate. The associate will oversee the onboarding process for new hires and train employees on company policy and procedures. The assistant will also support the entire company workforce. The associate will have administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping plan and administer essential functions such as healthcare compliance, compensation, and benefits.

Job Description

The HR Associate is responsible for supporting the HR Manager in the company’s HR processes and transactions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Provides current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion, employment contract, communication of company policies, code of conduct and updates, execution of disciplinary actions including dismissal and employee benefits;
• Ensures timely processing and release of benefits to eligible employees.
• Establish and maintain efficient record filing and records management to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and timely retrieval of needed files for immediate reference, including both physical and electronic versions.
• Responsible for auditing, verifying, organizing, and maintaining all employee information and details. Utilizes company software and shared drives (P shared drive, Everything@Work, etc.)
• Assist in performing applicants’ selection and hiring process with the TL or POCs.
• Responsible for the timeliness and effective cure period across all our client accounts and mitigating operational damages due to an employee’s non-performance or lack of performance.
• Review performance achievements and targets regularly across all the teams.
• Performs timely and accurate reporting of employee and account performance and SLA to NY-HQ management.
• Enforce with all employees to strictly observe, maintain, and adhere to the client, including patient privacy and confidentiality regulations across all teams and accounts based on the signed business associate agreement, in reference to USA’s HIPPA rules and regulations.
• Works closely with other department TLs and management and helps them implement and execute policies, procedures, and decisions in a timely manner as required by NY-HQ and or Client.
• Contribute a high performance, fair and exciting work environment that motivates and develops opportunities across all teams.
• Share knowledge and best practices within the company and counsel employees to enhance performance and arrest attrition.
• Performs other relevant work that may be assigned by the management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Demonstrate ability to lead and manage employees.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and as a presenter. Good command of the English language.
• Working knowledge of HR and labor-related transactions.
• Excellent skill in MS Office applications, including emails.
