Job Description

Our intake nurses serve on the frontlines, handling calls related to the healthcare services delivered to our clients’ patients. They communicate essential details about admissions and discharges, manage discharge verifications, and ensure accurate care documentation. In addition, they keep patient records updated and play a key role in maintaining patient safety and security.

Responsibilities

Manages patient discharge verification for nursing facilities and ensures timely uploading of care documentation into the system
Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive patient and company information while updating records as needed
Handles incoming calls related to services provided to patients on a regular basis
Coordinates with social workers and patients’ emergency contacts regarding admissions and discharges
Collaborates consistently with clinical managers and other care team members involved in the patient’s treatment

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate and a licensed nurse in the Philippines (PH RN)
With experience working alongside doctors and allied health professionals
Knowledgeable in medical terminology
Adaptable, with strong communication and multitasking skills
