Job Description

The International Recruiter plays a key role in the recruitment, screening, and coordination of foreign healthcare professionals, including nurses and physical therapists. This position supports the entire recruitment life cycle, ensures timely operational follow-ups, and works closely with management and external partners to facilitate international placement and onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Screen candidates via Zoom; assess qualifications for sponsorship.
  • Endorse qualified applicants for final interviews with upper management.
  • Issue employment agreements post-approval.
  • Assist upper management in coordinating and endorsing candidates for interviews.
  • Respond to sponsorship inquiries from local and international nurses.
  • Manage and follow up on rescheduled screening and final interviews.
  • Track employment agreements and ensure timely document submission.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate eligibility.
  • Provide clear communication to applicants (qualified or not).
  • Discuss Work-from-Home (WFH) job opportunities with eligible candidates.
  • Coordinate referrals to departments such as English/NCLEX review or Visa Screening.

Minimum Qualifications

  • With BPO experience at least 1 Year  
  • Experience working with foreign-educated professionals (nurses, PTs, etc.) is an advantage. 

Technical Skills: 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Zoom, and scheduling platforms (Calendy). 
  • Familiarity with Zoom, and online scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly). 

Soft Skills & Competencies: 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds. 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision. 
  • Customer-service mindset with a proactive approach to follow-ups and issue resolution. 
  • Discretion in handling confidential candidate information. 
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and fast-paced environments. 
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. 
  • With initiative to work
