Job Description

A Public relations and marketing Associate is responsible for public relations, creating advertising campaigns, and targeting the market through digital and traditional media. Associate conceptualizes marketing strategies while establishing the company brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with all the employees and applicants.
  • Oversees and produces, from concept to completion, a broad array of digital and/or traditional communication and promotional material for the organization.
  • Plans, prepares, and distributes original promotional content such as articles, news, and press releases, email blog and social media posts, and other updates on behalf of the organization.
  • Promotes and attends special events and functions with company needs and external invitations.
  • Arranges for photography and/or press coverages for special events. Planned, designed, and executed events and activities contributing to overall marketing goal. Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. Plans and implements web-based and social media marketing strategies and campaigns via the company’s social media and other online platforms.
  • Drafts, implements, maintains, and revises online marketing campaigns to drive applicants and potential employees to the company.
  • Maintains current knowledge of online marketing opportunities, trends, web analytics, and SEO techniques.
  • Creates and proposes budget preparation for the marketing department based on analytics and trends.
  • In charge of the company’s social media platforms and other web-based tools.
  • Liaises with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
  • Collaborates with professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
  • Forecast and analyze marketing trends, strategies, and effectiveness; prepare and present reports summarizing information; make recommendations based on analysis.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in utilizing editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or comparable applications.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, alongside a strong commitment to ethics and cultural sensitivity.
  • Exhibit resourcefulness, problem-solving abilities, and comprehensive knowledge of human resources procedures and policies. Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
