Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor content accordingly.

Content Creation:

  • Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms (text, images, videos, etc.).
  • Ensure content is consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and maintain social media accounts on various platforms.
  • Schedule and publish content.
  • Monitor and moderate user-generated content.
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
  • Identify trends and insights to improve strategies.
  • Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other marketing team members and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate social media activities with other marketing initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their functionalities.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
  • Experience with content creation and editing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Ability to stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Willing to work onsite.
  • Open to graduates of BSBA Marketing or BA Multimedia Arts
