Job Description

Time and Attendance Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing the accurate recording of employee attendance and work hours. This role involves tracking time records, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws, and coordinating the payroll process. The specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring employees’ work hours are documented accurately, and preventing any discrepancies in attendance and payroll.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for schedule entry of the employees. (both ops and admin)
  • Responsible for RD work Schedule Entry and Tagging
  • Resolving Reported disputes before payout.
  • Validation and consolidation of reported disputes after payout
  • Submission of consolidated list from HR & payroll after payout disputes to NY Payroll
  • Processing of change schedule requests. (Official business hours, shift slides)
  • Responsible for attendance checking and Plotting of late/undertime/leave. (with specific accounts)
  • Processing of Biometric log requests (Missing punches/Wrong punches)
  • Processing of Leave requests
  • Leave credit uploading (newly endorsed regular employees and upon request of employees)
  • Monitor daily attendance and send daily attendance reports to NYHQ.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a payroll manager or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and laws in the Philippines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
