Job Description

The Order Tracking Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and managing the status of healthcare orders from placement to completion. This role involves constant coordination with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient fulfillment of orders while maintaining high service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor the status of assigned orders from processing to delivery
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding order updates and concerns
  • Provide timely and accurate status updates to clients or stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve delays, discrepancies, or issues in order processing
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and updates
  • Ensure all orders are processed in accordance with company standards and timelines
  • Escalate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
  • Support continuous improvement in order tracking and coordination processes

Minimum Qualifications

  • College graduate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
