They analyze and diagnose technical concerns, dispatch response teams, and escalate issues as needed. The role includes maintaining accurate helpdesk logs, enforcing IT policies, and generating reports. Additionally, they serve as an Asset and Document Controller, managing IT-related files, licenses, contracts, and databases while ensuring compliance with documentation standards. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and excellent customer service to ensure smooth IT operations.
