Recruitment Associate

Job Description

The Recruitment Associate maintains a good relationship with the management/leaders to ensure that all account staffing needs are met and expectations are satisfied. The Recruiter is responsible for candidates’ recruitment, credentialing, and placement.

Responsibilities

  • Involvement in full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding process of all applicants, including coordination with key department personnel.
  • Drive the hiring process for all open positions in the organization.
  • Prepares recruitment materials such as brochures and promotional.
  • Responsible for researching and tapping applicants and contacting them via the internet, mail, schools, job fairs, and non-profit organizations, reaching them through referrals, social networks, career centers, job development government agencies, job boards, etc.
  • Develops relationships with the key person(s) in career centers, job development agencies, schools, review centers, not-for-profit organizations, and governmental bodies.
  • Recruiting and interviewing.
  • A proper review of the prospective applicants and credentials to create a job match with the account.
  • Review and gather the applicant’s credentials and all pre-employment requirements before starting work.
  • Lead the development and ongoing use of systems to enhance recruitment.
  • Perform the selection and hiring process of applicants with the TL or POCs.
  • Set up and maintain an efficient filing of records and records management to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely retrieval of needed files for immediate reference, including physical and electronic versions.
  • Responsible for auditing, verifying, organizing, and maintaining all employee information and details. Utilize company software and shared drives (e.g., Smart Recruiter, P shared purpose, Everything@Work, etc.).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Leadership potential: Demonstrate ability to lead, relate and manage.
  • Honesty and accountability.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and as a Good command of the English language.
  • Working knowledge of Recruitment, HR, labor-related transactions, government policies, and laws about employment and labor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications.
