Job Description

Your role as a Sales Administrative Support is to deliver results-oriented chemical programs and services designed with our clients in mind. This includes ensuring data transfer into SAP and the Sales Force, processing equipment orders, and tracking delivery and installation dates. Additionally, you will be responsible for following up on product orders and coordinating delivery dates with installation dates, as well as updating and integrating Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • New Customer onboarding and rollouts.
  • Data entry of all customer information into Owners’ Documents.
  • Document collection and saving all corporate documents in SharePoint (surveys, proposals, agreements, SDS sheets).
  • Ensuring data transfer into SAP and Sales Force.
  • Equipment order processing and tracking of delivery and installation dates.  
  • Product order follow up and tracking delivery date to be coordinated with installation date.  
  • Salesforce updates and integration. 
  • Customer inquiries and assistance.
  • Provide requested info on usage, reporting, and other customer information.  
  • Create or provide spreadsheets, SDS packages/dropbox links, and order guides. 
  • Inquiries on pricing, agreements, etc.
  • Assist with following up on delivery issues, BO issues, or ETA requests.    
  • Interact with customers, purchasing agents, and principals on various topics and follow-ups. 
  • Sales Presentations.
  • Create and edit proposals or corporate presentations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Effective communication, follow-up, and coordination skills are required to interact with the various teams across the company and ensure the successful execution of items.  
  • Customer Service experience 
  • Display proficient verbal and communication skills in a fast-paced work environment. 
  • Ability to interact professionally with others and work independently. 
  • Highly detailed oriented and organized. 
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft 365/Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 
  • Must be computer savvy and comfortable navigating different types of software.
