Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned storyline developer with a strong background in creating engaging and interactive learning courses. With the autonomy to infuse creativity and innovative gamification techniques, you will work with the SME to develop educationally sound and visually compelling courses. This position is well-suited for an individual experience in instructional design and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance the learning experience.

Responsibilities

  • Solid knowledge of course development software and familiarity with at least one Learning Management System.
  • Visual design skills (e.g., Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and the ability to storyboard.
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360 Required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in writing effective copy, instructional texts, and audio/video scripts.
  • Familiarity with ADA compliance and universal design principles preferred.
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360 is required, with a focus on Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
  • Candidates must have an advanced level of proficiency in designing and developing interactive eLearning courses using Articulate 360.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and the ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Experience with multimedia integration, including audio, video, and graphics, within the Articulate 360 platform.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Preferred qualifications: Familiarity with other eLearning authoring tools, such as Adobe Captivate, is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field preferred.
  • 1 – 2 years of proven working experience in instructional design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating the successful application of gamification techniques in learning environments.
