Job Description

A Travel Healthcare Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment of travel nurses and allied professionals for hospitals and clinics nationwide, including top New York locations like Brooklyn, Rochester, and Albany. Recruiters source candidates, negotiate competitive pay, and guide clinicians through compliance, onboarding, and placement.

Responsibilities

Proactively source, screen, and interview travel nurses and allied health professionals.
Assess a clinician’s skills, experience, and personal goals to pair them with the right travel assignment
Create highly competitive, transparent compensation and housing stipend packages.
Assist clinicians with state licensing, compliance documents, and housing subsidies during the onboarding process.
Maintain regular communication with travelers throughout their assignments to ensure satisfaction, extend contracts, and build long-term retention.
