The ZAP Specialist will collaborate with a Salesforce team to develop solutions that enhance the sales team’s performance. In this role, expertise in ZAP BI is essential for creating reports, assessing and documenting business processes, identifying efficiencies, and implementing solutions within Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Evaluate existing business processes, analyze data, and scope improvement projects.
Prepare, modify, and maintain reports and dashboards.
Design, build, and maintain Zap features that support front-end users.
Prepare and deliver business process documentation and training materials.
Complete bulk imports and exports of data.
Prepare and deliver walkthroughs and basic training materials.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Salesforce Administrator Certification and /or Business Analyst Certification required.
Minimum of one year of hands-on ZAP BI 
Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analytics.
Understanding of business processes, including B2B sales and revenue operations.
Demonstrates business data analytics skills.
Salesforce report and dashboard design and implementation experience required.
Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to various business situations.
Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Ability to work within critical deadlines.
Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and schedules.
