Job Description

As a radiology associate, your role involves verifying the significant findings (X-Ray results, Cardiology results, or Sonogram results) received at the facilities, and send the results via email to the doctors or RN Supervisor.

Responsibilities

Call the facility and verify if the result was delivered or received.
Have the Nurse or RN Supervisor read back the results.
Email the results to the doctor or RN Supervisor.
Escalate any discrepancies and inaccuracies seen in the results.
Meticulously documenting all processes and successful calls in the productivity tracker.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be a graduate/undergraduate of any medical related courses.
Must be knowledgeable in medical terminologies and abbreviations.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Able to navigate the computer efficiently; proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
