• Capable of making outgoing phone calls on behalf of the account company.
• Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry.
• Ensure that bills and payroll are paid accurately and on time while following the relevant departmental procedures.
• Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors.
• Includes verifying the accuracy of the invoice details, confirming no discrepancies, and ensuring that all necessary approvals have been obtained.
