Job Description

Credential and enroll PT/OT/ST providers to become in-network with payers.

Responsibilities

Handle provider credentialing, enrollments, and re-credentialing from start to finish.
Submit and track applications for major payers.
Maintain accurate provider files, expirations, and credentialing trackers.
Follow up with payers to resolve missing items and keep approvals moving.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure providers are active and ready for billing.

Minimum Qualifications

Familiarity with CAQH and payer portals.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
