Job Description

The International Recruitment & Operations Associate plays a key role in the recruitment, screening, and coordination of foreign healthcare professionals, including nurses and physical therapists. This position supports the entire recruitment life cycle, ensures timely operational follow-ups, and works closely with management and external partners to facilitate international placement and onboarding

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment of foreign healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, physical therapists)
  • Screen, assess, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Conduct interviews, orientations, and initial briefings for applicants
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely communication with candidates
  • Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Visa Processing, Deployment, Training) for smooth onboarding and placement
  • Liaise with external partners and stakeholders for international recruitment requirements
  • Prepare and manage candidate documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, Zoom, and scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly) for daily operations
  • Create and edit basic marketing materials (photos/videos) for recruitment campaigns and presentations
  • Analyze recruitment data and prepare reports and presentations for management
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events, orientations, and engagement activities
  • Handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through professional, proactive, and customer-focused support

Minimum Qualifications

  • With BPO experience at least 1 Year
  • Experience working with foreign-educated professionals (nurses, PTs, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Zoom, and scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly)
  • Skilled in video and photo editing for marketing and event presentations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage diverse candidates
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-service approach to follow-ups and issue resolution
  • Experienced in data analysis, report preparation, and presentations
  • Able to conduct orientations and assist in organizing events
  • Collaborative team player; works effectively with departments (HR, Visa Processing, Deployment, Training)
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments, shifting priorities, and varying schedules
  • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information
